In no event shall Infraserv or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Infraserv's website, even if Infraserv or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Infraserv's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. For clients with formal service agreements, the terms of those agreements supersede these general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the service-specific agreement will govern.

10. Managed IT Services Terms

A. Service Scope

Infraserv's managed IT services are provided according to the specific service level agreements ("SLA") outlined in your service contract. Services include monitoring, maintenance, support, and management of your IT infrastructure.

B. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your IT environment
Maintain appropriate access credentials for Infraserv staff
Notify Infraserv of changes to your IT infrastructure
Backup critical data independently
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

C. Limitation of Liability

Neither Infraserv nor its suppliers shall be liable for any damages resulting from:

Data loss or corruption
Business interruption or downtime
Unauthorized access due to client negligence
Failure to follow Infraserv recommendations
Third-party actions or services outside Infraserv's control

Important: Infraserv's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

D. Data Protection and Security

Infraserv implements industry-standard security measures to protect client data. However:

No security system is completely secure
Clients are responsible for their own backup and disaster recovery
Clients must maintain their own passwords and access controls
Unauthorized access due to client negligence is not Infraserv's responsibility

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Infraserv website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Infraserv or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute any materials from our website without explicit permission.

13. Entire Agreement
